I just wanted to give you some feedback on the gel nails which I had done, on Friday 20th July. I was thrilled that there was a salon in the airport, as I had not been able to get an appointment before to get my nails done and was also unsure as to whether they would last for the full two weeks I was away.
I had the sparkly nail gel at aerospa, and would have also had my toenails done too if I had known how brilliant it would be. I have spent two weeks in 50+ tempertaures, (my books were falling apart – it was so hot!), my hands have been saturated in chlorine water for hours every day, not to mention all the suntan lotion, after sun and oils I have used. Only today (almost 3 weeks on) has one of them just peeled slightly. The rest are still really solid.
I have just contacted your salon, to find out if you do any mobile services or have another salon, as I only live 10 minutes from the airport. I was really disappointed to find out that you havent yet, but was told that you are hoping to have somewhere accessable this side of customs by September.
I think everyone is very quick to complain when they receive poor product or service, but often neglect to acknowledge brilliant service and product – both of which I received from your salon.
I would really appreciate if you could let me know when/where you open your next salon, or if you have a mobile service available. I am now loath to go elsewhere as my nails have never lasted so long!
